Wynne's Special Events & Convention Services Division is recognized
as one of the best in the chauffeured transportation industry. At
Wynne, special events are managed from start to finish by Mr. Bedford
S. Wynne, Jr. and his team of specialized reservation professionals
dedicated solely to Special Events & Convention Services reservations.
Bedford is an active member of Meeting Planners International (MPI)
and is on the Board of Directors of the Dallas, Texas, chapter of
MPI. Available 24 hours a day, our Special Events & Convention
Services staff have been highly trained to deal with the fast pace
and constant changes that are a part of this business segment.
Special Events & Convention Services reservations can be made
via FAX, email, telephone, or through
the Wynne website. Dedicated telephone lines are assigned to
all road show companies to speed the reservation process and give
you instant and professional service when you call.
Chauffeurs assigned to Special Events & Convention Services
undergo rigorous training and testing in order to assure complete
knowledge of meeting locations. Special Events & Convention Services’ chauffeurs
are in constant communication with meeting organizers and Wynne offices,
via cell phones and two-way radios.
Each special event is billed separately upon completion, so that you
will receive one bill for the entire road show from start to finish.
